Meet the Family Behind Everleigh & Co
If you've ever wondered who's behind Everleigh & Co, well — pull up a chair and let us introduce ourselves! We're just a normal family with a big love for creativity, sustainability, and really good denim.
How It All Started
Before Everleigh & Co existed, I was just a mum who loved charity shopping and had a bit of a creative streak. I'd always been drawn to upcycling — giving things a second life rather than buying new. When our daughter Everleigh came along, that impulse only got stronger.
I started customising denim jackets for Everleigh herself — adding her name, painting little flowers and animals, making her clothes feel special and unique. And every time we went out, people would stop us and ask, "Where did you get that jacket?!"
After hearing that question about a hundred times, we thought… maybe we should start making them for other people too?
Meet the Team
There's me — the creative one. I do all the designing, painting, stitching, and embellishing. I'm usually found covered in fabric paint with a cup of tea going cold next to me. I'm a self-taught artist and I absolutely pour my heart into every piece.
There's my partner — the organiser. He handles the business side of things, helps with sourcing, packing, and shipping. He's also our chief quality controller and photography assistant (though he'd never admit it).
And then there's Everleigh — our namesake, our inspiration, and our toughest little critic. If a design passes the Everleigh test, we know it's a winner. She's our model, our muse, and the whole reason this business exists.
Why We Named It After Her
Naming the business after our daughter felt like the most natural thing in the world. She represents everything we care about — innocence, joy, creativity, and a future worth protecting. Every time someone orders an Everleigh & Co piece, they're not just getting a jacket or a bag. They're supporting a family that genuinely cares about making a small difference.
Our Values
We're not trying to be a big company. We don't want to be the next ASOS Kids. We want to stay small, stay personal, and stay true to what matters:
